SETC as a third-party laboratory was accredited by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment(CNAS).SETC is qualified to do almost all test items of high voltage switchgear. Our person, equipments, testing methods and environment management system are in accordance with GB/T 15481 “testing and calibration laboratory general standards”(idt ISO/IEC17025), CNAS/AC01:2005 “testing and calibration laboratorial ability recognition standards”, “The P.R. China’s metrological law” and relative law standards. We passed national laboratorial recognition in spot audit in Dec. 2005 and obtained relative qualification certificate in Feb.2006.

Type Test Report
    A type test report contains a record of a series of type tests carried out strictly in accordance with a recognized standard. The equipment tested has fulfilled the requirements of this standard and the relevant ratings assigned by the manufacturer are endorsed by SETC. The type test report is applicable only to the equipment tested. SETC is responsible for the validity and the contents of the type test report. The responsibility for conformity of any apparatus having the same designation as the one tested rests with the manufacture. The type test report contains the essential drawings and a description of the equipment tested.

Report of Performance
    A report of performance contains a record of one or more tests, which have been carried out according to the customer’s instructions. These tests are not necessarily in accordance with a recognized standard. The test results do not necessarily verify ratings of the test object.
