There are 5 departments that are 220kV Circuit, 35kV Circuit, High-voltage Testing, Quality Control and Management Departments.
220kV Circuit Department
Mainly in charge of short circuit switching ability of switching electrical appliance of 126kV/40kA and below. they also do the related high voltage electrical appliance tests as well. 126kV composite test circuit is powered by special power line system, which includes 220kV/60MVA(1500MVA) short-circuit test
Transformer set and 220kV switch station, regulation current reactor etc. Voltage source circuit is consisted with 450kV,FM test circuit and delaying arc circuit etc. Testing and controlling system is consisted with centralization control office, BE3200 test controlling system and CY-2000 data collecting system etc.
35kV Circuit Department
Mainly take charge of the on-off test of active load switch and contactor of 12kV and below, the transient and peak current shock test of high-voltage switching device. It is powered by special power line system includes 35kV/15MVA(750MVA) striking Transformer group, 35kV switch station, and 100kA(r•m•s)ls and 250kA (peak),peak and short-time withstand current.
High-voltage test Department
Mainly take charge of high-voltage resistance test, mechanical performance test, temperature rise test etc. They possess 350kV/1A industrial frequency test equipments, 750kV striking voltage generators, and temperature rise test device those maximum current approaches 6300A.
Quality Control Department
In charge of instruction, inspection, management, monitoring of the whole management system, ensures its effective operation, and handling customers’complaint.
Management Department
Take charge of contracting task, planning tests, provide reports and doing internal management, etc.
Services to Provide
Tested objects’ transportation between various test sites.
Provide simple tools of mechanical process.
Provide repair parts, spare parts, tools and stocking place.
Tested objects’ packing and shipping.
